How many people can attend?
We recommend that if you have eight or more people to train, the most cost-effective route is in-company training. To ensure that you receive the best training possible, we usually advise a maximum of 16 people for one of our in-company training courses. Where does the training take place?
We will come to you, either at your company’s site, or an external venue of your choice.
How long does it take to organise?
If you would like a standard course, it will take place from four to six weeks after your order has been placed. The time varies when organising a tailored or bespoke course, but this would be discussed with you.
Who presents the courses?
ERA are in the great position of having working engineers that will provide the training. They have hands-on experience and may have encountered many of the problems that you may be experiencing.
ERA’s experts cover a broad range of technical and engineering disciplines. These include electrical, electronic, mechanical, software, power, safety engineers, material scientists, physicists, chemists, quality experts and even the odd mathematician!
What if I want a standard course modifying?
There are several different ways in which we can modify our standard material. All in-company training courses focus on your industry, and we can adapt the programme to allow subject areas of particular interest to be discussed in greater detail. Alternatively we can amalgamate modules from several courses to create a specialised course; or we can create a totally bespoke programme that is unique to your company.

What is included in the cost of the training?
The price covers the presentation of the course, all materials required, consultants time and any associated travel and subsistence expenses. You will also have be the opportunity to ask our experts confidential questions.
